Madison Vogt is a Senior at Grant County High School, along with an aspiring Defense Engineer and hopes to eventually work for Lockheed Martin. Madison is the President of the Grant County TSA chapter and currently holds the position of Kentucky State TSA Historian. Madison found her passion for engineering and design her Sophomore year of High School when she was accidentally placed in Introduction to Engineering and Design and quickly realized she wanted to continue with the pathway. Madison's favorite TSA competition to compete in is Technology Problem Solving and Biotechnology Design. She placed first at State in Biotechnology Design, second at Regionals in Technology Problem Solving, and third at State in On-Demand Video throughout her TSA career. Along with traveling to Orlando for Nationals in 2017 and being ranked among the Top 20 for Technology Problem Solving. In her free time, Madison spends her time volunteering with National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, Yearbook, and playing tennis. Madison is excited to expand the growth of TSA and statewide participation in officer elections. Madison is the daughter of Chris and Sunshine, a sibling to three, and a proud pet owner of three Labradors.
