2018 Leadership Conference

This opportunity is limited to the first 150 registered TSA advisors & students so don’t delay! 

Who: TSA Chapters can bring up to 10 student members*.
*Priority should be given to chapter officers and students who are interested in becoming chapter officers in the future (emerging leaders).

When: November 28th, 2018 10am-3pm Est

Where: Louisville Mega Cavern – 1841 Taylor Ave Louisville, KY 40213

What: Let’s spend an entire day underground building leadership qualities in your chapter officers and emerging leaders! We will spend the day working through leadership activities, challenging students with a ropes challenge course, AND WE WILL HAVE FUN!

Cost: $47.50 per student – Advisors are FREE, but must register. Registration fee includes leadership activities, a pizza lunch, drinks, snacks, TSA goodies, and access to the ONLY fully underground aerial ropes challenge course of its kind in the USA!

Mega Quest Limitations

  • Minimum age is five years old and up. Maturity level is important since each participant must be able to follow a three step process to transfer from one of the 76 challenges to another. We highly recommend that parents participate with 5 and 6 year olds.
  • Height requirement - standing in place, each participant must be able to reach a height of 52 inches with an outstretched arm, in order to connect to each element.
  • Weight requirement - a participant cannot weigh more than 310 pounds
  • Safety - participants will be wearing over $800 worth of climbing gear including a full body harness, a special double hooked belay and helmet. See the gallery section for a video of our safety system
  • Dress - closed toed shoes are required. No flip flops are allowed. We recommend that participants wear tennis shoes, jeans and tee shirts.
