My names is Haley Burden I am 18 years old. I am cureently a senior at Butler Co. High School. I am on the acadmeic team, and I am also the Vice president of my local TSA chapter. Vice President - Ashley Buckler
Hello fellow Kentucky TSA members! My name is Ashley Buckler and I would first like to thank all members for allowing me the opportunity to serve as your 2009-2010 Vice-President. I am currently a Junior at Morgan County High School where I involved in several activities outside of TSA, including, FEA, National Honor Society, Upward Bound, Educational Talent Search and our schools Girls Varsity Golf team. As Vice-President I fully intend to fulfill all duties expected of me. I would also like to say, I want all members of KYTSA to have a voice, if you have any concerns or recommendations to better our program please share your thoughts and opinions with myself and my fellow officers. I promise to work hard to make TSA an enjoyable experience. I look forward to seeing you all at the State Competition, and good luck in preparation of all your events! Secretary - Lauren Shields
Hey Kentucky TSA my name is Lauren Shields and I’m your state secretary. I am a freshman at Tates Creek High School. When my life is not revolving around TSA I am playing volleyball, reading, or hanging out with friends. I love competition and strive to excel in all areas of my life. My goal this year is to help increase membership and state participation in the national service project, the American Cancer Society. I also want to be available to the members of KYTSA in whatever capacity I may be needed. I'm very excited about the upcoming year. I look forward to seeing you all at our State Competition. I want to wish all of you luck in your competitions this year. I know this year is going to be a great one.
Historian - Kristian Conway
Hello Kentucky TSA! My name is Kristian Conway and I have the great honor of serving as your 2009-2010 Kentucky TSA Historian. I am a sophomore at Lewis County High School, where I am also active in football and track and field. I am also the president for our local chapter. The reason I am in TSA is so that I may be prepared for any challenges that I may face in today’s technical world. With this motive in mind, I intend on fulfilling my duties as Historian and hopefully helping you to prepare for life’s diverse challenges. As a state officer team we are already hard at work planning and preparing for the upcoming year in Kentucky TSA. There have been some great ideas already brought up that are going to make this year in TSA not only more enjoyable but also very successful. I would like to thank all of you for this great opportunity and can’t wait to see everyone at State Conference.
Treasurer - Brooke Ginn
Hello Kentucky TSA, my name is Brooke Ginn, your 2009-2010 State Treasurer. I’d like to thank you for the opportunity to serve as an officer. I’m very excited for the upcoming year in KY TSA. I am a sophomore at Lewis County High School, where my life revolves around TSA. Outside of school, I’m usually hanging out with friends and family, or listening to music. My fellow officers and I are already hard at work preparing for the year ahead. We will strive to make this year the best yet; we also hope to increase TSA membership and awareness. I’m sure this will be another great year for all TSA members. I wish everyone the best of luck at state conference. Thanks again for this amazing opportunity!
Sergeant at Arms - Kevin Lyons
Hello Kentucky TSA, my name is Kevin Lyons and I am your 2009-2010 state Sergeant at Arms. I am a senior at Central Hardin High school where I am the president of our local chapter and am also a member of our FFA. I know this year is going to be the best year for KY TSA yet, this is a great officers team and I know we are all hard at work trying to come up with the most fun and competitive year ever for you guys. I can’t wait to see you guys at state and good luck at your competitions.
