31st National TSA Conference
On June 28th, 10 chapters from Kentucky with approximately 50 advisors, students and guest traveled to Denver, Colorado for the 31st National TSA Conference. The conference was a huge success with over 4,000 in attendance. Participants were treated to outstanding speakers, competition in over 70 events, and an opportunity to meet with fellow TSA members from the U.S. and Germany.
The conference began with the keynote address by former National TSA President, James Coleman, Jr. 1998-1999. The next few days were filled with competitions and socializing with other TSA members. Many guests enjoyed the sights and sounds of Denver taking in the various site seeing excursions along with a trip to the local amusement park. Others traveled out to the see the beautiful snow capped mountains of Colorado.
As the week culminated, the awards and officer elections began. Adam Knecht, the 2008-2009 National Vice President was elected the 2009-2010 National Reporter. The various other awards are as follows.
